Audi A3 Cab 1.2tfsi advice

So our neighbour is selling his 2012 A3 cab due to a change in car, and it comes at the same time as us needing a runabout second car. Looks very tidy, owned most of its life with only one owner before, had a new MOT and only 70k on the clock.

Gave it a quick drive and it handles well enough and can bimble about town fine - it'll primarily be for the missus to do the nursery run. Seems to have isofix so box ticked. I'm too tall to drive it regularly so this isn't for me.

Any specific advice I should get? Engine issues? Belt or chain issues? Not had a VAG product in donkeys years.
