Compact exec car

I’m looking for a new car to replace my 2009 civic with 142k on the clock. It has been a trusty friend over the years but it’s time to move on.
Im a novice when it comes to motors and I’m looking to get a compact exec saloon to match my job as an solicitor (I know) such as a 3 series, 4 series, Jag xe, or Volvo S60. I live in the city and finding a parking space when I get home is tricky, hence not going for something a little bigger. My annual mileage is unknown due to the varied nature of my job so leasing is not really an option, and the car is more than likely going to get a few bumps while parked on a busy city street, so body repairs could be costly.
My budget is £18-22k
Must haves are
Petrol (I think my town will ban diesels at some point in the future and I cannot park outside my house so plug-ins are out)
Automatic
5 doors
Less than 30k on the clock
2017 plate or younger
0-60 in 7 seconds or less
Are there any obvious models to avoid from the ones mentioned above, or is there something a little left field that’s worth considering?

Depends what you mean by 'exec' really - In your mind, is that a premium brand, or is it 'a saloon/coupe'
One of those terms that I dunno really if people mean the same thing when they say it.
Other than the exec part, an M140 / A35AMG / S3 all fit the bill for your criteria - I reckon they're all brands solicitors probably wouldn't mind driving - depends whether your soliciting prohibits you potentially looking at hot hatches.

If you want a hard to beat alternate & you don't mind a hatchback then the Infiniti Q30 Sport is very hard to beat they come loaded with spec & come in under the lower part of your budget.
