We've a family car - 2005 WRX Prodrive Wagon. These btw are surprisingly practical and turn heads when you go camping. Loads of "Dad nodding" when you burble past.

I'm after something cool. An E Class is currently up there. The E53 looks amazing in Hyacinth Red.
Not a diesel, I really can't do that.

Our youngest is 8. The eldest have left home and are 6ft 4! Real units.
Needs a modest boot for weekends.
Am not really after something really old.
Needs to have a very good turn of pace.

Current list;
M2 Comp
E 53 conv
Alfa Guilia QV (I know I said coupe but......)
S Class -

We don't like the M4.

Rear seats and boot in a C Class convertible?

We will use an HP with balloon so am not worried about term etc.

You should take your time to weigh up your options (because there are some cracking options) as they're varied in the way they involve.

I did forget the M6 Gran Coupe which I personally think this is the better looking out of it & the M6;

The S coupe would get my vote if I'm looking for a GT, followed by the Maserati & then the Lexus.
