MK4 Focus ST Estate

I'm looking for a newish fast estate with a budger of 25k max.

The Focus ST looks like it comes with every bit of kit you'd ever want as standard but I'd like to hear some real world feedback about mpg and the car in general.

Apparently the mpg didn't dip below 40 on a good motorway run but this seems optimistically high given the manufacturer's claims.

Depending on your driving style high 30's to low 40's real world on the motorway the 2.3 is a good torquey engine & they're well appointed too.
