What's the best fun car for 15k?

I do most of my driving on twisty country roads and I've been told that the mazda mx-5 is the best car for the job but I occasionally need to get up a hill or overtake a mum who accidentally bought a Porsche boxter and let's be honest 150bhp isn't gonna cut it. So what's the most fun car that's quite fast down a country road?

I also do prefer having 2+ back seats even if they're intolerable.

At 15k I'd say a Megane RS don't discount it because it's FWD they have a great chassis & are an absolutely cracking drive,
also it covers your need for a 2+2 easily.
