My niece is looking at two Fiat 500's a 1.2 EY60 RZW and a twin air VN12 WAJ Both appear to reasonable miles and are between £5200 and £5500. Can anyone help with a hpi and recommendations on which engine?

don;t skimp on any hpi as at the end of the day it is worthless. doing a proper one is peace of mind.

That's fair comment Spruce Goose. She will on the one that she decides to go for. Its from a car supermarket as well which will at least weed out the obvious cad c/logbook loan candidates

I can be very clipped on the phone and when writing, excuse me for that. I would greatly appreciate any input

Get your own HPI as it includes a guarantee, they are so cheap compared to buying a ball of trouble.

You're asking which engine - ought to be asking what other cars. There's a lot of those Fiats about but there's also a good list of problems with them too. I'd not recommend one to my family.
