So ive got a vw polo gti, which i got in September on pcp.
Since I've had it theres be a knocking noise (which im most certain is just pads/carrier are faulty)
Its been in vw twice, first time they couldn't find nothing, second time they had it for a week and just greased the pads..
Which the noise stopped and came back on the way home which i expected.

What can i do to get them to sort this, ether to get them to start actually replacing parts or if t comes to it give the car back as its annouying as hell and they seem useless atm.

Any advice or help is much appreciated thanks

Was it a new car?

Why did they have it a week?

Was it a VW main dealer?

Take it up with the service manager or dealer principle.

You will not be able to reject a car for such a minor fault.

The car was new,
They said they needed it for a week,
And yes it was a main dealer.

just so worked up of how useless there being, waiting for them to get back to me anyway as they've scratched the rear bumper also

Your consumer rights on a new car are pretty strong. Threaten them with rejection and see if it gets them moving

Your rights are stronger within the first 6 months. I'm no expert, but the process has been simplified massively. You'd need to read up yourself or wait for someone more knowledgeable than me to weigh in.
