What Car Should I Buy?
Discussion
Im looking for some pistonheads advice,
I currently have a e46 BMW 320D, it's been fantastic I payed £1600 i've used it for 2 years and only had to replace the front brake pads and 2 services. (Also very boring)
I am looking for a car to replace it as I now receive £240 (After Tax) monthly car allowance. I don't want to spend much money and will be looking at finance / loan deals to fund it rather than using my house deposit savings to buy the car outright.
i've been thinking MK6 Golf GTI (08 plate 60-70k miles)
BMW 6 SERIES (07 PLATE 50 - 60K miles)
Audi S3 (08-09 Plate 60-70k miles)
I have covered FWD, RWD & AWD, I would prefer to keep the budget around 10k ish but if it's a car that will be good and keep me happy i'm willing to pay more.

If you can live with the fuel then an S4 is worth a look, or a Petrol Jaguar XF in 4.2 V8 Form.

Or for something in between what about the VW Passat R36 it's quick reasonable on fuel something different 300bhp with a nice engine note, plus at the moment they don't seem to be losing a lot.
2008 R36 Passat (over budget but haggling should get you closer to your 10K) 53k FVWSH 300bhp
