RWD small hatchbacks
Discussion
Hi
I m in uni and planning to buy a rwd hatchback ( or somewhat close to a small hatchback) around £4000, which is reliable and fun to drive, and won't cost a lot for insurance.
Any ideas?
pls help
if i don't want a hatchback what are my options ?
thank you

Why the hatchback requirement? Get an MX-5 or something. Lots of rwd cars that are cheap to insureI m in uni and planning to buy a rwd hatchback ( or somewhat close to a small hatchback) around £4000, which is reliable and fun to drive, and won't cost a lot for insurance.

Mazda 323 - I had a T reg 323 hatch it was rear wheel drive.
That's a 1979 T reg not a 1999 T.
Bmw 325 ti is the correct answer (find one with sports seats in manual form).
Well if we're going back that far, there's always the Vauxhall Chevette, Chrysler/Talbot Sunbeam and Volvo 340, but not sure that's what the OP was after! That's a 1979 T reg not a 1999 T.
