Missed the BMW deal last week that was out but closed at end of quarter. Anyone know of any other BMW deals coming.

I am making a 6month deposit of 1430 plus 238 per month. I had to get metallic paint due to availability. This site has had some crazy deals go pretty quick. They still have a good deal on the R and I'm pretty sure some bmw deals.

Can someone post up some stuff as a summary of key points from the old thread like

1) Add the arrangement fee, up front payment and all the monthly payments to arrive at a true figure
Divide by the number of months for the true average monthly figure
2) Dont forget tax on top of this

3) If you do have to terminate the arrangement early, it's not always that future payments are recovered with the car and your deposit as the lease company might be susceptible to a finance act - someone fill in the full details for this
4) If the car is a total loss beware that sometimes the insurance company settles with the lease company and youre left with nothing. Other times you get a replacement car
5) It's not clear you need GAP with lease.

Long time lurker! What mileage was that for and what excess? Was it with VW Finance or a broker?
