Thanks!

I was set on a cash purchase, but with the low APR and dealer contributions, a PCP might just be a smart move.

What monthlies? I've had a few offers under £400/mth for a std M135i with Pro Pack with minimal deposit.
Be aware that they dropped Sun protection glass from the Pro pack so if you want that it has to be added. I'd recommend the Tech pack too.
Yeah, had to add separately but it's cheaper with the Pro Pack (c£200 IIRC).

Get a 118i?
I've just taken delivery of a 218i GranCoupe. Very very strong, willing engine. Try one.
Yeah, she's got a 118i now. It's not a bad lump, but she wanted something a bit more special. As did I wink

I did see this after I'd prematurely commented and read the whole thread!

I see you just say you went metallic - which colour? I love Misano Blue personally, but went Sapphire Black in the end, with the Pro Pack and 19s.
Black. I loved the Misano, but the FPO wanted black or black! She's also gone for the alternative 19s

I think I probably prefer those to mine - look easier to clean, anyway!

I hope you both enjoy the car.
Thanks - and that factor was instrumental as the only person that ever washes cars in our house.....(!)

Good choice!

I actually think the current 1 series looks really well. The M135i especially looks great.

Verde Mantis Uni is my favourite colour I’ve seen in the flesh when driving past the showroom.
Thanks - if Misano blue was deemed a little bright, I think Kermit Green would blow her top.

The colourway options on the current gen is definitely lacklustre, do seem to have improved it a little on the facelift though.
