I like the ‘Supercharged’ detail on the bonnet vents.
They all have that.

XFR in the same colour as 0a's. Black wheels would have to be changed. Where will it end? Currently at top thread

I think that looks awful! Each to their own though!

Probably cheap! These are not worth very much and struggle to find a market. I like the black interior on that one. Mine did the tyre pressure thing yesterday after not doing it for ages.
I like the ‘Supercharged’ detail on the bonnet vents.
Also on the wheels!

Extremely cool, but ‘under £200 to have the turbo sent away and refurbished’? Ahh, yes, sure..

You’d need to allow £1k to get it on the road I reckon, but it’s a timewarp piece. Very nice spot.

As I understand it parts availability is hilariously bad on these.

Parts availability was becoming an issue for them 20 years ago. I threw away a boot roller blind for one away in 2020. I advertised it twice on eBay and got no interest.

Is it the speedo, odometer or both that's not working?

I think it's a non-interference engine.

Love the look of it - suspect I'd spend a lot of time looking at it as it sat on the drive not going anywhere!

Well played BigLips!

Here's another knackered cheap old Audi.

Awful wheels. Could be a massively painful pointless super fun project for someone!

Saw it on Porsche club GB classifieds.

The seller wss a nice chap who just wanted to move it on as it reminded of him of his wife who had recently died during Covid. He tells me he was inundated with enquiries. I guess I was just quick out of the blocks!

Car is lovely. The main issue is that I don’t really fit in it because I am too tall. Might need to make some seat mods but if I can’t get comfy and have to move it on, should be able to get my money back fairly easily

Timing seems to be art of good comedy, and of bargain car buying..
