Mine arrives on Wednesday. Current deals are a little pricier than what was being offered a couple of months ago but still good value.Thinking of going for one of these e-UP's for my mum. Anyone who has one or has one of the citigo/Mii electric able to share their experiences with them?
As for the car, my brother has owned a gen 1 e-up since 2014, put loads of miles on it and it's been faultless. Fun little thing to drive but not a great choice for longer trips due to relatively slow DC charge speeds (35kW'ish real world) and no battery thermal management. There's a thread in the EV section about the Mii, worth a read.

I got a Mii electric in March and absolutely love the little thing. Thinking of going for one of these e-UP's for my mum. Anyone who has one or has one of the citigo/Mii electric able to share their experiences with them?
Use it for the commute and general tasks and it's been excellent all around.
Really can't fault it for low cost motoring, particularly if you have a home charger installed.

Sorry, don't wish to distract, but looked at getting one of these but was told by VW no preconditioning was available, so may want to think about that if your mum wants a nice warm car before getting in during winter.
Who’s precious enough to let that put them off leasing a car Raj28 said:

I have a Mii and you can definitely pre condition through the Seat Connect app so assume it's the same on the VW.Edited by Lambo89 on Sunday 17th October 09:53

I have the option to extend my lease that is due to finish in December. I have not extended before and I am being offered 10% less than what I am currently paying to extend it by 1 year (so from 2 to 3 years in total).
I know this will mean I will have to do an MOT but otherwise it seems like a no brainer in the current climate but does anyone think it is worth holding out for a better deal again? i.e. do they tend to offer better rates on the extension nearer the end of the lease or is it the other way around?
you could send it back a week early so no mot will be dueI know this will mean I will have to do an MOT but otherwise it seems like a no brainer in the current climate but does anyone think it is worth holding out for a better deal again? i.e. do they tend to offer better rates on the extension nearer the end of the lease or is it the other way around?

Hi all, after a bit of advice here as really struggling to find a decent business lease deal.
Firstly, I think i have been lucky over the past 9 years as I've managed to get in budget a Lexus CT, Mercedes 350e and currently a Lexus UX.
I would love to go full electric, but at least plug-in hybrid but can't find anything comparable to my previous cars...
I think i have a reasonable monthly allowance @ £475
Other pre-requisites are 3 years, 3 months upfront and fully maintained, 20K per annum.
I think I've been privileged in my previous cars and am probably now going to struggle, but any thoughts on what i could look at would be greatly appreciated...

RAV 4 - lot's of models at Leasing Options, a decent spec seems to come in well under budget, but you have to call to enquire about maintenance. https://www.leasingoptions.co.uk/car-leasing/toyot...Firstly, I think i have been lucky over the past 9 years as I've managed to get in budget a Lexus CT, Mercedes 350e and currently a Lexus UX.

Just had my current lease collected, it's gone straight to a car supermarket down in Bristol. Chap turned up on behalf of Arval, had a quick look over it, said there was no damage and that was that. Took about 10 minutes, loads of pictures and away it went.
Been an uneventful 3 years!
Collect the new one tomorrow.
