I'm seriously considering an a4 - not had one before as chose 5 series over one back in 2014 - coming out of a Golf R and can't justify costs for a new one (and the bugs). Question for you as dithering - Tech pack or not? S-line always used to come with uprated audio - seems no longer?

Cheers
I have an Audi A4 avant 40 tfsi being delivered next Monday, I added tech pack pro as it was a cheap addition at the time I ordered.

Anyone interested in the Eletre R?

Seems a bargain for the price!?

M135i BMW North Oxford - are these figures correct, price looks wrong?

BMW M135i, £399 Per Month £399 down 3.9% - BMW M135i xDrive Finance Offer
text

Anyone jumped on this?

Have sent enquiry just waiting to hear back.

Comparable lease prices are shocking even on outgoing model let alone what the facelift version will be
They have a few left for anyone interested.
Bear in mind the headline rate is solid white / no options.
Facelift model coming out at nearly £300 more pm!

if my limited company was a proper business and not just at a side hustle stage I would've gone for this straight away.

Be interesting to see how much these will be in 2 years once the leases are returned

The deal is real, was at the lotus showroom today - limited stock now, all pre config with added options, which means the lease prices are higher than previously thought. The finance is through lotus finance I believe, offer with accepted finance until end of June.

On the A5 the standard headlights are holagen like and make the car look awful, this is across all trims and has been the case for 8 or so months I believe. I would check if that’s the case on the A4 also, if so I would recommend the tech pack purely for this reason as the A5 for example looks awful without the matrix lights. However, I wouldn’t choose tech pack if it’s £40 extra or whatever, I only did this time because it was £6 so easily justifiable for above reasons plus the extras. The premium systems used to always be an option although black edition on the A6 did used to have Bose as standard but that was ten years back now. Everything is extra with Audi.

The £41,845 that you see on the website, I managed to get that down to 39k ( dealer contribution plus 2.5k pcp contribution on top which then takes the 39k down to £37.5k). But like I said, it’s a higher spec car with pro pack, heated steering wheel and park assist. The options works out to be near 2k worth I think. Upto you how much you want to put down as your own deposit too which reflects on your monthly.

I see CVL are doing a m135i on PCH right now. PCP works out very slightly cheaper for me but I do have to pay the VED from year two onwards which is about £600 each year so in fact overall is higher but PCH is based on base spec…….Reason I went pcp is to have the flexibility to get out of the pcp easier ( or even voluntary termination after 50%) compared to PCH which is more difficult / maybe more costly.

Would you mind sharing which dealership?

Do you mean that you got the car with those packs for £37500 before you made your own deposit? If so that’s really good.

Would be looking under £300pm on those same PCP terms in the link and £1500 deposit.
Yes that’s right.

Vines BMW Guildford.

Absolutely cracking deal IMO. Sod’s Law that I’ve extended my xc90 lease last month so took my eye off this thread.

Which showroom did you go to? I may make some calls tmrw on this one

You won't get anything for that - all the offered cars are pre config with options loaded, and the finance quote on their site is on basic model...

Is it really? You could get deals on 70k cars for around £400 pre covid, this isn’t exactly double the rrp and yet monthlies nearly are. Then there is the question as to whether it’s even worth that to begin with. With the inflated list prices we see I think it’s clear that most people think that EV’s particularly are priced pretty high in the premium segment.
