Best Lease Car Deals Available? (Vol 10)
Discussion
Our Audi A3 sport back went back last week ( £228 x35) went back last week . Reasonable guy picked it up , he could see we had one wheel refurbished so let us off the other one.
Now just received a Peugeot 408 GT ( £269 x 24) 10000 miles. I’ve got to say I love it , wasn’t expecting to like it really but I’m impressed so far👍🏻

Anyone seen any decent deals on a RRS on PCP?
JLR currently have 5k off on their website and a couple of dealers have said they will add another 2.5k which reduces monthly payments quite a bit, though I get the impression that they are open to more negotiation. . . . That said I’ve never really haggled for a car deal much before.
Any tips of suggestions? Or anyone had a good deal?

The £41,845 that you see on the website, I managed to get that down to 39k ( dealer contribution plus 2.5k pcp contribution on top which then takes the 39k down to £37.5k). But like I said, it’s a higher spec car with pro pack, heated steering wheel and park assist. The options works out to be near 2k worth I think. Upto you how much you want to put down as your own deposit too which reflects on your monthly.
I see CVL are doing a m135i on PCH right now. PCP works out very slightly cheaper for me but I do have to pay the VED from year two onwards which is about £600 each year so in fact overall is higher but PCH is based on base spec…….Reason I went pcp is to have the flexibility to get out of the pcp easier ( or even voluntary termination after 50%) compared to PCH which is more difficult / maybe more costly.

Do you mean that you got the car with those packs for £37500 before you made your own deposit? If so that’s really good.
Would be looking under £300pm on those same PCP terms in the link and £1500 deposit.

The Lotus dealer network are offering 0% PCH, PCP and BCH on Eletra. The leasing deals are therefore the same going direct.
Hmm. An R is quite some machine.

Most tracks do not allow EVs on track days.
Struggling to see where I'd use the capabilities of it really, immense figures.

Ariya deals gone up by around £25 so well done to all that went ahead, myself included! Good deal for a £51k car, coming at 19%. Now on the look out for a 7 seater having returned my disco sport. Surprising I serviced it once in 5 years, didnt even change tyres, scratches on bodywork, few curbed alloys, only did around 25k miles but not a penny charged! Definitely helps when they inspect in rain.

They may ‘try it on’ with a further inspection once it gets back to the depot. Had this recently when I returned a car, and just quoted their collection report showing no issues, and they backed down.BigBootyR said:
