Go to the Pagani website and fill in the contact sheet
Otherwise if you get stuck contact the dealer (which I think is still Hudsons)

i rang them directly last year and Mr Pagini answerd him self. Job done
Here he is with my sons, great visit and ver friendly.

Guys, I have just returned from a trip over there, pictures hopefully to follow. On ourn return from Lamborghini (the real reason for the trip) we deceided to call by Pagani. Davide Testi was just moving the cars around and putting them to bed for the night. We returned on the Sat morning and Mr Pagani himself was there in the showroom and just got a young lad to show us around. I wouldnt really worry about organising it.

I will post pictures when I find a moment. Really really made the visit worth while. Oh yeah, especially when he started a Zonda F with the sports exhaut for us. Wow.
