Car parking pass.

One of our group booked a Houx annexe camping pass and ended up with a green parking pass (over booking bu the tour company). I have since been able to get hold of a camp pass for him and so no longer need the green car park pass. Can these be returned and re-funded in Le Mans ? Or would anyone be interested in buying it at face value?
