Finally after months of hunting, we have just exchanged (Compromis De Vente) on a house in France.

Location: Between Le Mans and Alencon
To Curcuit: 51 Km
To Boozer: 1 Km

Completion (Acte De Vente) is due JUST after Le Mans weekend, so we are pulling out all the stops to get it done earlier

May have a bit of a PH house-warming if it all comes together in time... Anyone interested?
