Does anyone know anything about the Lola Caterpillar thats entered into this years race ? I've had a good search on the web but could'nt find anything. Being a diesel fan I'd love to find any sort of technical data on the engine.
Apparently the engine is based on a VW Tuareg V10, they're getting 500 bhp, 5 seconds a lap slower than their Lola Judd but very good on fuel and 80kilos over weight, interesting project. Would love to hear/see it
What about that engine in something like an Ultima....fastest diesel in town! M.
