Costly .... but the only option as we can not be bothered not having the tickets .....

www.ebay.co.uk

So hopefully we will not need too many distracting antics, or we can leave them 'til later

Definitely not the right link Johno.

What route and dates are you taking to Le Mans? Could maybe do it on convoy - I'm on the 23:45 Portsmouth to Cherbourg on the 9th, but got to leave Sunday sharpish Sunday afternoon and back the same way.

Nice to meet you albeit briefly the other day.

Works for me .... if only to Ebay homepage as I don't want to admit the amount of money we are paying for Houx Annexe tickets.

We are the tunnel at 7:56am .... I am sure with some creative thinking we could meet up on the way down .... not coming back on the Sunday this year as I value my life and would rather have a nice little kip and relaxing drive back to the tunnel on Sunday !

Ah found it. Not *that* unreasonable, but (significantly) more than I paid through the TVRCC for Houx!!!

I got as far as 2nd on the reserve list but once the invoices were out it was game over ...

Got them last year through TVRCC, but unlucky this year..

We have some money making scheme to redeem ourselves with though ...

A ticket for Houx Annexe is per vuihicle. You get a plot (not numbered) and you cna have as many tents/ people as you like. But the vehicle will need to display the camping pass, and will only be allowwed in with it.

It also has to be attached to the windscreen so it cannot be transferred between vehicles.

I'm going (944 Turbo) with an Aston V8 and some other 944's, arriving on the Friday.

If you have a Soft top you can ask not to stick it to the window as People can pinch them easily

We're always in Houx Annex - look for the tree masquerading as a flag pole or the "son et lumiere" firework disply on Sunday night.

Those prices are ridiculous, alternative options to avoid profiteering:

1) Buy ticket off people already in Houx Annex - Quite a lot of people pitch up and don't move for the weekend especially the motorhomes. I've always found people willing to sell.

2) Don't affix ticket to windscreen so you can swap tickets over. With one ticket you can get many cars in if you don't mind the hassle.

3) Colour photocopies don't come out too bad !
