TVRCC Le Man Balance

Anyone know exactly when the TVRCC will be sending out the final balance bills for Le Man tickets?
I've heard the end of January mentioned in passing, for payment by mid Febuary but can anyone confirm this?
Just so I know when to start chasing our group for the big cheques

That's right. Invoices should be arriving around the end of Jan. I don't recall exactly when the TVRCC have to pay the ACO, but if you can get all the money in within the first two weeks of Feb you should be fine.

Get your cheques in to me (you should have had an email telling you what you owe ) by the 8th Feb, or bring them along to the next meeting on Sunday 8th Feburary at the Old Ship, Lowdham
We'll be having a meeting then to discuss the finer details as well so try and make it

Got my invoice yesterday. Balance due with the TVRCC by 5pm Thursday 12th Feb'.
