I might have had a trip down there on Saturday around midnight and then again on Sunday morning.
If I had gone there then the midnight trip was brilliant but the morning trip was amazingAttempted to get closer to one of the chicanes on the Saturday night but the lovely French marshall told us we needed a hi-viz jacket!!!
Maybe next year!
Managed to sneak in next to some marshals on Sunday morning who didn't seem to mind us being there. Then 3 gendarmes turned up and we thought we would be ejected. To our surprise they just went back to their car and came back smiling with their speed gun in hand and started to try to zap the Pugs. Funny!
I mentioned this on another thread, but here's our story...
After a couple of years of trying we managed to get to the Mulsanne this year at about 1am, we spent ages crouching down then crawling through the grass Commando style. We watched for about 15 minutes, then decided to head home. While then on the way back we passed some Brits but they had Bicycles and torches, and were strolling along bold as brass!!!
