Problems on M20

Maybe of help to returning Le Mans runners.
I drove down to Ashford at 6:30pm on the M20 and it was clean and green all the way. By 10:30pm they have coned off both sides of the motorway down to one lane. This is between junctions 5 and 4 but they were still laying cones when I passed.
It was a pain at 10:30 so goodness knows what it will be like daytime.
