Already told SWMBO that she can do what she wants next weekend as after 3pm Sat I'm going nowhere.

This time next week I'll be in the Chinese eating as the cars flash by!
Then after that, up to Mulsanne corner to watch for a while until about 02:00, then down to Arnage for a while.
Back to the ACO Grandstand for a bit of late night viewing.

With a bit of luck and good weather, breakfast as the sun comes up and then crashout for some kip!

....i'll be laying in my sleeping bag, having only got in it an hour previously, trying to decide through my alcohol confused front lobes whether i can face the shower blocks before the queue gets too long or just just get up and start drinking again.... ahh luxury , bring it on!!

Yep! Got admitted to hospital a week last Wednesday and operated on the next day. Got abscess at the top of my butt caused by infected hair follicle (could be ingrowing they don't know). Open wound on back being re-packed every day by district nurse. It's getting better, but driving to and from Le Mans with all the joys of dodgy food, bad hygiene and sweaty tents isn't a good idea.

Enjoy the week/weekend all of you and "I'll be back" for Le Mans and the Classic in 2010. Hope you all have a pikey, chav free time of it and we get to see victories for Corvette Racing, Aston Martin and a good showing by Ginetta!

Nasty... a mate of mine had the same problem/op two years ago. Only saving grace was his astoundingly hot district nurse who he ended up dating for 18mths!
