It would certainly appear so, the phenomena is becoming ever more prevalent, even on PH.

Since when was blaring music/noise at 4am, annoying people and keeping many awake OK because you and your mates are on a stag do? strikes me as bloody ill mannered.

A statment of apology for your groups selfishness on PH may have been a better way to start posting? rather than a look what inconsiderate wrs we've been we had a great weekend.
