Team Langoustine - Thank you so much

It's not often that we hear "good news" tales on PH, so here is mine:
After many years of deliberating, and false starts, i finally managed to get to Le Mans for the first time this year. Being a newbie to the event, i didn't really know the ropes, and after asking around, i was recommended by a couple of mates to book through Team Langoustine.
What a brilliant recommendation that was!!
The package, which was very competitively priced, was extremely comprehensive. I got ACO membership, General entry and ACO Grandstand tickets, TL stickers, and TL Tee Shirts - all of which arrived in plenty of time for me to get excited early.
I convoyed down with a few cars, and despite a couple of "stops" by the Gendarmes, we all escaped unscathed and had a great journey. The TL Campsite was signposted from a good distance out, and a couple of us arrived at the gated site together. The attendant marshalls opened the gates, and guided us straight to our sizable pitch. When i started pitching the tent, a couple of guys came over to give me a hand, and as it started raining they finished the tent whilst i put the roof back on the car.
I felt "at home" immediately, and soon found myself in the TL bar - Ye Olde Chocolate Starfish
A pint of very chilled beer for only 4 Euros (i heard one well known camp site was charging 6 Euros for warm beer). The Satellite TV was a real bonus. Having struggled out of bed on Saturday morning to watch England get a serious battering by the All Blacks, it was there throughout the race to keep up to date at those times when i wasn't actually trackside.
From arrival to departure, the guys made me feel welcome, and part of the team. They made sure that i was aware of all of the places to go and things to do. The toilet and shower facilities were excellent, an endless supply of hot water, and cleaned several times each day.
The campsite comprised of folks of all ages and all walks of life. It was great to meet up with some new and familiar faces from the Hants TVR CC, the "Spider boys" were most entertaining, and the lads in the camouflaged Rangie certainly brough a different dimension to the camp
Old and young mixed extremely well, and there was no apparent chav-style behaviour anywhere on site. The gated entrance kept the unwelcome element at bay, and we had no bother from "outsiders".

You exceeded my expectations, and provided i can get the time off i will definately be with you again next year.

I cannot thank these guys enough for the week we had. Would reccommend them to the world and his wife. After the long trip down in the Camo range, we experienced difficulties with camping, only to be saved by the hard core prawns. I will definately be back next year with my bobble hat, but no rangie!

Just want to echo the very good words already said by everyone. I really wasn't expecting such good hospitality - think we have made some good friends and can't wait to be back next year. It was the best Le Mans so far and i can't see myself going without displaying the 'hard core prawn'
Rob and Des - thanks for the beer and all the other langoustine's thanks for making us feel so welcome! We are definitely there next year and will have to work on some new disguises!

I would reiterate all the positive comments posted here.
Team Langoustine are very well organised and a customer friendly crew who take time to bother to get to know you. For me that was incredibly important and the warm welcome they extend to me and others that travelled with them makes all the difference.
They also work very hard in keeping a decent camp site and set up with excellent facilities for a comfortable stay.
I will definitely be going with them again and would like to thank them for all their advice on my first Le Mans trip.

Another thanks from me too, the only downside we had was that we thought we were meant to get a decent area/space on the site guarenteed - we had to squeeze in on the Thursday and didn't really have enough room for our group of 6 but at the end of the day as long as we had somewhere to sleep and decent facilities we were pretty much happy and will definatley be back...
The site looked really good as I walked past this year. With the loss of HA I think this will be the one for me next year. Are there marked out allocated pitches? There are normally 3-5 cars in our group and was wondeering how feasable it is to have adjoining pitches. The security looked pretty good too with the gated entrances, another attraction now, sadly.

Everything you could possibly want from a campsite! Only problem I see now is that they're going to be massively over-subscribed next year Top marks from me as well!! The only thing I would say is that we chose TL because of the guaranteed space and we were arriving on Friday afternoon. After a small amount of car re-arranging we had a really good spot, but preallocated/cordoned off areas may be good for next year (we will be definitely going with TL again!)
I would like to add my THANK YOU to all at Team Langoustine for an absolutely stells time that we had this year. BIG THANKS to Rob and Des for looking after us at the bar (perhaps next year you should employ someone to do that job then you can join in with all the frivolities more), great to meet everyone even if I can't remember everyone's name. The marquee with Sky TV, bar and music was tops, the toilets and shower facilities were well beyond anything that I was expecting after hearing some of the Horror stories floating around. Hope everyone has managed to recover from there massages. I still haven't got my voice back yet so that tells you how much fun I have had. Alls I can say is once again THANK YOU for making my first Le Mans even better than I expected.
