No, I think it is within a new shopping area down the Mulsanne, someone with more knowledge will be along shortly..

I don't think there will be wifi at the campsite - I am at Houx Annexe too. Maybe nearer the grandstand - McDonalds is not in the circuit. I think it is down near Carrefours.

McDonalds is on the junction of the Mulsanne straight
