My mate has finally made his mind up and I now have a passenger for LM. So... I'd quite like to have rally-style lettering on the rear window, one for me with an England flag and one for him with a Saltire. Not too large as my car only has small windows!

Can anyone recommend a supplier I can buy these off at short notice, cheaply? They'll only be on for the weekend. Too late for Hollographics I think, but these won't need to be specially cut - I just need the flags and letters.

Cheers!

S.

Racepraphics sound good too, although I didn't know about them at the time (can't access their website at the moment either).

Quick Poll

1) Name then flag (both sides)
2) Flag then name (both sides)
3) Flag always at front of car (so 1 on DS, 2 on PS)
4) Flag always at rear of car (so 2 on DS, 1 on PS)

Sue smile
Sue, are you still accepting orders for these, as it states 2-3 weeks on the item, but most of us will be going around this time next week?

Thanks
Will

My thoughts -
- Drivers name one side, co-driver the other (not the "proper" way, but I only have little windows)
- Flag always at front of car
- Blood group after name smile

Good luck with choosing your flag setup.

Just a question to everyone whos gone for names and flags. I've gone for england flags but im not sure it looks right to be honest. I havent stickered up yet, but back in 2006 I went for union jacks. Cant help but think its not gonna look right frown

Any opinions? whos got what

Depends on who's in your cars. If everyone is the same nationality, the union flag. If you have a mix (e.g. Scotts/Welsh/English/NIrish) go for national flags.

Depends if you consider yourself English or British. Nothing wrong with either but it's St George every time for me wink

I've gone for flag at front of car then name. Remember that on drivers side drivers name will go on the bottom and on passenger side it goes on top to show who is which side of the car.

Cheapest way to do this and it looks fab.

1. Go to Rymans or similar where you can buy white stick-on letters and numbers
2. Go to Halfords or similar and buy a car sticker Union Flag/St.George - 99p
3. Stick them on your car, job done.

There are 10 of us going in 4 cars and a van. We have our nicknames on the cars and will be in the Technoparc, so if you see us, come in for a drink - arriving Tuesday night ! Our wives think we should all grow up but we disagree, the names we chose took ages in the pub and are very sensible.

We are:

R.Slicker
Dick.C.Normous
Bob Upandown
Dick Scratcher
Chris.P.Bacon
Willy Makeit
Titus Canbe
Will Medickfit
Dick Rider
Don Keydick

Collectively we are the T.W.A.T.'s - The Wine Appreciation Team.
