anyone know when TVRCC will start advertising tickets for Le Mans 2002?
and another thing, for the past two years I've taken the Porstmouth/Cherbourg ferry. However the prices seem to have gone up to >£300 return
So I've looked at the Dover/Calais crossing at thats <£100. But, can anyone tell me how long it takes to drive from Calais to Le Mans (Cherbourg to Le Mans takes about 4 hours and it's only 200 miles!)
Mike.

Agree with Nick on the time scale.
If you want to blast it, you can do the motorway route through Paris and out to Le Mans but it's a bit boring and the slog round Paris can be a bit busy - however, you can test your top speed!! (Apparently)
Just watch out for Plod at the Calais toll booths on the way back
