Hotel near Rouen ?

Anyone know of a nice hotel near Rouen, preferably one that might have rooms ? We're planning on stopping over near Rouen (as close to the centre as poss) on the way down, on the 13th (Friday) but every hotel I seem to find then email is booked (or just doesn't flipping reply !)

Not near the centre but if u get off at Junction 1 of the A28 (Isneauville) theres a Formule 1 hotel with the pay for room through the credit card machine, stayed there on a Thursday night few years back, its a short drive to the centre.And its prett y basic but is B and B
