We'll be going later in the morning, around 10 I think.
I assume the various safety systems in the trains aren't too noise sensitive?

Yes... early(ish) Thursday morning.... first stop is normally the first service station into the toll section on the way to Rouen.... there are normally load of Brits in there, and always a pretty good selection of motors.... this year we plan on sending an advance party on from there to check the road ahead for Les flics.... roll on June12th!

Ah, but I believe you still have to attach your throttle to the car.

And if you don't get your finger out it'll be too late. And I have no wish to listen to a 1 litre FIRE engine being thrashed to within an inch of it's life.

Well we've got 10 cars in the group... mine, Jason(_360)'s, 996Turbo, C3 GTK's 993, a currently unidentified Porsche, 3 x M3 (yawn), 430 CLK, and an Audi TT. At a guess, the scout will be of german origin, and not from Stuttgart!!!

Will do.

You must do likewise if you see us. I'll be in the Marcos convoy in a green Mantis with PH stickers in the front and rear windows.

Chrisj will be in the red Mantula held together with gaffer tape and 'No More Nails'.

I'll have you know there's not a single piece of gaffer tape on the car anywhere!
Of course there'll be a roll in the boot, in the highly unlikely event that something falls off...

Will be glad to come and say hello AndyMadMak.
I'm the one with the silly beard, and Imelda will be the one in the frilly pink blouse.
