Okay, we have Le Mans just over the horizon and I see lots of people, all over the country supporting non-British teams names, what are you all playing at!

There’s nothing wrong with a bit of friendly rivalry between Teams and countries, and I have nothing but respect for awesome teams out there like Audi, but hey, you have to get behind your country at times like this!

I know that a hell of amount of people regard Bentley as no longer a “British” car, who cares? The name is well known to be British, and they have achieved so much, and given us so much over the years. It will always be a British manufacturer to me, despite who actually owns the company and supplies designs and parts for the cars…

Hell, America dictates every move that this country makes but were still British! Not Americans!

Then we have MG, who have had a difficult time of things recently and are by all means British. Hopefully, we can get both teams on that podium this year. Now that would be fantastic…

Just support TVR. There's no further squabbling necessary.

Well said! I'll be supporting Bentley, MG (even though it's not the works team) and TVR mainly, but also keeping a good look out for how the Lister, ProDrive Fezzas and any other British team do...
On a separate note, does anyone have pics of the actual Le Mans TVRs? The TVR website is a little lacking...

Cheers,

Charles

I don't have pics, but I will keep my eye open for them.

Good to see that there are people out there who still back the Brit teams....

Could you give me a direct link to the TVR site please?

Hope they last longer than last time out at Le-Mans!M.G gets my vote this year and the long in the tooth Vipers.(They may not win but they WILL last the full 24 hours)

Yes, but what do you support for the other 23 hours ?

ersonally, the vipers are always good.. no longer competitive, but good..
The saleem and pontiac also look like serious contenders.

Come on guys, they lasted the full 24 hours first time out at Spa - a bit of encouragement is in order!

Agree that the Saleens look good for a finish.
