Being a Le mans virgin, I was just wondering what Camping Blue is like, in terms of atmosphere and location to the track. Any info gladly received.

We were there last year and facilities were crap, but then they're crap everywhere. Location was fantastic for Friday afternoon action. The impromtu drag strip was on the road between Blue and Maison Blanch.

We'll be across the road in Maison Blanch this year - pop across for a few beers - we'll have a PH flag if ted makes any !

Never been in Bleu before either... Was in Maison Blanche last time... None of those are luxury spots, but that's not really why we're there...

Have to stop by and say "hi!"

We're in Blue - Four Caterham 7's, Audi S3, Cobra, Alfa (or TVR Griffith), Porsche Boxster, Honda S2000 - been there once before.

Negligible facilities, good location for getting out to Arnage for breakfast.

See you there......

in blue last year. good location: easy to get to Arnage for shopping and breakfast in a cafe. quick walk up to pit straight. facilities pretty poor but who cares.

i think i will be in houx this year as i get my ticket from an agency(sorry) but will try to swap as i prefer blue so maybe see you all there. look out for a 1948 black bentley and some bagpipes!

Another Le Mans virgin here and we're also in Blue.
Looks like we're in a Brabus covered in Cannonball (plug)stickers......I'm SO looking forward to this!

Cheers,
Ian

There'll be 16 of us (8 cars) in Camping Blue from Thursday afternoon. Look for me, (blue Tuscan - UR02SLO, my mate in his M3 - T7PE K, and a collection of hot-hatches)...
