Programme in Le Mans Guide now based on latest ACO info ( from above) plus read forward of last years events - basically we are just waiting for the off circuit meets.
NOTE that they have changed the DRIVERS PARADE (CITY BARS OWNERS FEED BACK !?!?). NOW 1600-1900 on a very busy FRIDAY
thanks size 13

Thanks guys.
4 hour fun cup race on Friday seems a complete waste of everyone’s time, especially the poor Marshalls who should be having a rest before the big one.
No mention of pit walk again, has that gone for good on Fridays or is it part of the track being open in the afternoon?
Pit Walk is on Tuesday it seems, and then the wristband only Grid walk on the Saturday.4 hour fun cup race on Friday seems a complete waste of everyone’s time, especially the poor Marshalls who should be having a rest before the big one.

FunCup is amusing, and often has many more pro-drivers being paid than many 'professional' race series.
They aren't Beetles, of course, but mid-engined (and central driving positions) spaceframed specials.
I probably will be off drinking beer somewhere, though.
I'm in two minds on the expanded Friday schedule, when the only activity was the pit walk it encouraged people to get away from the circuit and spend money with local businesses or get out of town to events in the surrounding area - if they turn the Friday into another race day then more and more people will just stick around the circuit.

Personally I think track action on the Friday is a massively bad move, but it's not going away now. They aren't Beetles, of course, but mid-engined (and central driving positions) spaceframed specials.

I'll give Fun Cup a go but it looks like it'll get boring after 10 minutes to me, great for the competitors, but not the spectators.
