As a backup carry a couple of plastic 7 litre watering cans. Walk to the tap three 3 times and you'ill add 50 odd litres to the water tank. Saves messing around with long hosepipes or driving close enough to the tap each time you need a fill.
Your fresh water tank is likely to be somewhere between 100 & 150 litres.
As a couple we tend to use 30 - 40 litres of water a day, but bring or buy drinking water in 5l containers from the supermarket.

Are you planning on moving during the week to get to shops etc? Could you visit Spay campsite to see if you could top up on water there? Also, having experienced motorhomes for Bonneville Speed Week the grey and black tanks fill up quicker than you expect, even on the American beasts we rented. So maybe a visit to a rental place or a campsite will be required to dump as well.

As above take more electric cable than you think you need and I’d also bring a splitter too as there’s never enough plugs to go round.
Water roller or push on hose will help with water supply.
Check that the vehicle has levelling chocks and if not, ask the hire company for some.

Plastic jerry can is your best bet. A shower is probably two fills/20L. There'll be a tap within 20-30 yards. Don't hook a hosepipe into a tap as they're on mains pressure which is about 5 time normal, but the tap thread will be British (large?). Grey water is a problem, as you can't get close enough to the toilet block drains, but as its dry in June you can dribble a bit out every day so that the grass doesn't suffer

Really? Houx has had permanent electric for years.
Houx and Epinettes have electricity. Epinettes has limited electric outlets.
I've camped in Houx for 15+ years and there has always been and will be electricity.
Show me where the ACO say there is no electricity available in Houx.

Watering can is better for a motorhome. Getting water out of an aquaroll (which are designed for caravans) into a motorhome tank is a right old faff.sherman said:
Still more of a pain in the arse than a watering can.Jordie Barretts sock said:

There is always electricity in Houx. It is the only site that has regular electricity hook up towers.
The ACO isn't clear. The vast majority of sites have no hook up at all, is true.
I refuse to believe there will be no electricity in Houx after 20 years of going to LM24. But, with the ACO, anything is possible! Won't make any difference to us, we have solar and gas. But EHU would be much better.
