Anyone ever use Select for race tours, am thinking of Spa, maybe Le Mans. Not interested in driving actually! They do coaches!

I've driven twice to Spa, stayed in Francochamps twice, walking distance to circuit, did a day at the 'ring last time, drove to Brussels for hotel on way out, way back did it in one go. I'd not dismiss the drive. 2 hours to Brussels, 2 hours to circuit.

Driven to Spa, easy drive. Easier than getting to Le Mans although the traffic getting to the circuit was heavy.

Lots of coach stops en route and to circuit etc - think they stay in another country

Possibly always waiting for same 2 or 3 people who are always late

Driving easier

I am not really that keen on going there totally solo, not for any other reason than you can make a few friends on the coach on the way praps, plus not over-keen on driving a crappy little town car all that way to be honest

I didn't drive at all for my first 33 Le Mans, but out of necessity drove over for my 34th and have driven three more times since. I really enjoy the trip and driving around while I'm there - then again, even at 66 years old, I still love driving my car anyway. I think I'd miss it now if I didn't drive. I did coach trips in '92, '93 and '98 but they're really not to my taste at all.
