Team Langoustine Radio Silent??

Anyone else having problems contacting Team Langoustine?
Placed an order for private camping with them weeks ago but no confirmation and not responding to calls or emails?

We’ve been with them a number of times before and no issues.

I hear that the ACO have muddled everything up, and the tickets agents have to sort it out.

The campsites lost last year stay as car parks and some of the others may be going that way, or to hospitality

Not had the usual invite this year, and had no response to my emails - Website now saying certain pitches sold out! A little worrying we are going to miss out this year, have been with TL since 2012, never had an issue.

We had the same issue a year or so ago, went elsewhere.

Nice people but organisation a little haphazard.

Have any camp sites been lost since last year? All of the sites that were available last year (I think) are available this year with two new ones. Of course I don't know if any of the sites have been reduced in size.

Yeah, I placed a premier camping deposit about 3 weeks ago, and haven't heard anything. They are probably just sorting everything out now the ACO have released the tickets. It says on their website that all deposits become non-refundable from the 30th Nov if I recall, so am expecting some confirmation in the next week or so one way or another so that they can process the refunds for those unfortunate to not have succeeded in getting tickets. It sounds like a nightmare for privately run campsites again this year, as it seems to have been the case in recent years. Give them time and I'm sure they'll be in touch

Sorry, I meant this year. Hippodrome has moved slightly and I suspect is smaller

Update from the TL website from yesterday:

"We have temporarily paused eCommerce ticket and camping sales to allow us to reconcile numbers following an allocation update from the ACO. Please check back soon to make your purchase."

Looks like it is as I mentioned earlier, just confirming allocations/numbers.....fingers crossed!

Has anyone heard from TL, I have tried emailing and calling with no answer.
I can't log into their website either, anyone else having problems with that.
Still missing confirmation of my booking.

I believe that the website is due to be updated soon from a 'reservation' mode into a 'full booking system' mode at which point you will be emailed/contacted to confirm the order and make staged payments. I think Mark from TL was hoping to have the website switched before Xmas, so am hoping to hear something in the next week or so....last correspondence I had from them was an email on the 22nd Nov confirming my booking, and describing the next steps I described above....I think you just need to be patient and it will hopefully work out for you (as hopefully it does me!). They are not a full time business I don't think and operate sporadically on weekends and evenings, but are reliable if a little slow at times

Had a call from Mark this evening, as mentioned before he was going to have a fully live booking system online by now, so he’s been inundated with calls and emails given the popularity of LM this year.

He said everyone should get an email inviting them to login to the new system when live, any day now.

TL website is now updated for you to log in and see your order history and also to amend, confirm and pay for your booking now.....

Oh and there are still GE tickets, and Camping (both their private campsite and some of the public ones) available to purchase on there website for anyone still looking for tickets.....
