Undercover radar cars

I beleive there is still no cross-border information sharing agreement between EU and UK, since brexit. i.e if you get caught by a camera you shouldn't expect anything through the post. Trying to find recent confirmation of this from a reputable source , this is the best I could do, RAC from 15th Jan 2021:

Of course, if there is an agreement reached, nothing to say it won't be used to pursue historic offences, although I'd think that unlikely.

There are articles in the press saying that Ulez are chasing foreign drivers who haven't registered their vehicles so perhaps the same can happen in reverse.

I've just had a speeding ticket come through from Germany, so I would say that it could possibly be back up and running again.https://www.rac.co.uk/drive/news/motoring-news/cou...

Re ULEZ etc in London
There’s a case here in France claiming that the debt recovery companies are acting illegally by using their European subsidiaries to trace French drivers when no official route exists. It is still pending but there’s strong belief that it is illegal and not enforceable.
The benefits of Brexit work both ways

Be interested to know if it came directly from the German uthorities (police?) or whether it was via a third party debt colletion agency?
I was caught by one of these a few years back (my only speeding ticket in 20+ years). It was a dark grey little French hatchback parked in the hard shoulder on a bend, seemingly unoccupied. As I went past I could see some sort of radar device in the back window. About a minute later I was being escorted off the autoroute by 4 Police motorbikes to a waiting copper in a panda car, 90 euros and 15 minutes later I was back on the road.
