Has anyone recently used this route or are intending to over next couple of days? Are there any roadworks/lane closures in place ?
We are crit air compliant and this is our preferred route, travelling down on Thursday
Thanks Tony

Did you follow the industrial route out south to the A13? Old 911 not Crit'air friendly. But if the route is clear and no longer any roadworks I might chance it (Rouen has an exception for 'collector' car designations).

Just came through today (Wed) - no delays at all and no crit air checks that we could see.

I don't think any checks are currently being made on cars passing through the Rouen Zone. It's not like the ULEZ with cameras picking up offenders.
However, to qualify as a voiture de collection (over 30 years old) a car needs to be registered as such and issued with a special carte grise via the Fédération française des véhicules d’époque (FFVE).
