Received an email today saying to reprint entry/grandstand tickets due to a QR code error.
Reprinted, but they still have exactly the QR code on them as before and two different QR codes on the same ticket. All three tickets have identical QR codes also.
However, the mobile ticket version has a completely different QR code as the printable version. Though the QR code is different on each ticket this time.
So which is going to be correct?!
This is separate to the car park sticker mess.
I’ve emailed to get some clarity about the tickets. What on earth is going on this year? As my wife just said.. they’ve had 100 years to get this right!!
So worth a check of tickets to spot anything not quite right.

I’ve had a response back (fair play, emailed at midnight last night and response back on a Saturday). The reissued printable ones were indeed wrong and the mobile one had no correlation with them.
I’ve now been given a ‘final’ version now. The QR codes are now different on each ticket and they match both sides. Left one is pointing up, the right one is rotated to the left but should obviously be the same pattern.
Check, check and then check again!!!!!!!!
Potential for chaos at gates. I still won’t be confident until I get the first entry out the way!

Even without an email, I’d double check the tickets.

Email your booking reference. I also screen shot the current issued tickets and reference numbers from the ticket shop section.
Don’t be confident any reissued tickets are correct until you have checked.

Downloaded again today (having done it yesterday); QR codes do look different on todays version.
Have 2 in our group with just weekend general admission (as opposed to grandstand); as far as I can tell these don’t seem to have changed.

Just seems to be the grandstand tickets. Have both the old and new versions printed and emailed to the group hopefully all works.Downloaded again today (having done it yesterday); QR codes do look different on todays version.

I said perhaps they needed a wider message going out to check tickets. The fact the ‘corrected’ tickets were also wrong could lead to many making assumptions all is okay without checking them.
My tickets are combined entry and grandstand. All seems good now, but will be happier once through the gates!
No idea of a numbers affected, but hopefully it won’t lead to any big issues at the gates.
