Satellite Coverage? Where?

We have a dish and LNB but cannot take our trusty SKY HD box this year, and we need therefore to know where we can watch the race for free, all be it with a foreign commentary I guess.
Anyone know whether German or French Eurosport are carrying the race on a free to air satellite channel please? Time's a ticking and I need to get an order in for a free to air receiver box !

It's free to air on German Eurosport on any cheap sat receiver. Search on here, I can quite a few others posted on this topic not long ago.

No any free to air receiver will do. Ours packet up last year so just went to the nearest supermarket in LM and bought one for 40 Euros.
