Am I right in thinking that the ACO will send out physical permits to those who bought parking permits? I bought an Expo permit and have only the print at home e-mail thingy thusfar. I'll be leaving for Le Mans rather shortly, so they want to hurry up.

Anyone received theirs yet?

If anyone on here has one and wants to sell it, let me know. Just got a pass today and realised the parking issue.

I've received parking today....a sticker and a ticket along with dates valid.

With Expo, Arnage, Crit Aire stickers I'm not going to be able to see out the windscreen at this rate smile

Worried for nothing. DHL bike courier delivered an A4 envelope with a rather large EXPO F sticker inside. Are the parking lots divided in parts A, B, C, etc.?

DHL guy arrived sooner than the thusfar non-existant reply to my mail I sent yesterday.

That's a good question, I'd assumed Expo was car park F (for example) but I can't see that on the circuit map.

I've got
Expo 3J
Arnage / Mulsanne F

So if you're Expo F looks like it might be reserved parking again.
Intriguing!

Is your EXPO permit perhaps for thursday only? Jeudi in French?
Not a clue what F means, then. Full?

No, there's a separate parking ticket which has the dates it's valid on.
Be interesting to see what others receive

3J might be a specific parking space, row 3, column J.

My camping pass for the Classic is 75R in Maison Blanche.

Just wanted to know where my stickers are so I wrote to ACO and they replied quickly (!) that if I give them my address they are gonna send them by tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get them before leaving...

Managed to get three parking permits for our group to park in Panorama earlier today, the printed ticket clearly says “to be exchanged for a sticker on entry”. Didn’t have to put an address in with the order (ACO site) so they couldn’t mail a sticker in any case. scratchchin

Well, this is what I have received from ACO on april 5th:
You have booked a parking permit for the Panorama, Expo, Mulsane-Arnage car park or Parking PZ54 car park. This year, your parking permit will be a sticker that you will receive by secured mail. You won’t need to exchange your E-ticket for a permit when you get to the circuit. To make sure we send it to the right address, please check all the information in your Ticketing account...

Therefore I was expecting that they will send it our automatically. The chaos starts even before take-off, can't wait...

As per other posts; if you e-mail them this appears to generate some action and mine due next week.

No doubt fun and games on Saturday as they sort out those with stickers as opposed to those with paper tickets and e-mails!

I’m sure they’ll brief the staff on the gate and all will be fine🤔

I emailed them yesterday after seeing this, lo and behold I get a reply saying it’s being posted today.

I’ve also got a DHL tracking reference too.

Mine just arrived today with DHL after a kind reminder last thursday. Just 2 things: gmail put the DHL notification into spam and ACO did not enter my phone number so I had to chase the driver thru 5 streets.

Ordered 2 parking tickets, one for P 7 and one for Arnage/Mulsanne.
Received a sticker for P 7 last week, nothing yet for Arnage.
