Guys, just wondered if you can help?

Me and my mate are make our annual pilgrimage to the Le Sarthe in June (our 9th, I think). Can't wait.

Got tickets through Global-Tickets. Not arrived yet, but on their way apparently.

Just got camping this year as due to crazy demand we couldn't get circuit entry.

Q1: I take it, as usual, you can get entry to Beausejour on the Wednesday? We've done it in previous years, but everything thing sounds ambiguous this year and even though our tickets, like most, say Thrusday, Wednesday has never been a problem in the past.

Q2: Heard rumours that you might not be able to wander over to Porsche Curves without a circuit ticket this year?? Anyone got any info on this?

Q3: Anyone had any luck camping on a nearby grass verge near to Beausejour if the French decide to be overly French about our early arrival? lol

Q4: Any Brits received their tickets from Global-Tickets as yet? And are they physical or emailed?

Any info most welcome.

See you there! - James

This is our first time at BSJ, as we are normally on Houx. I saw there is going to be a big screen there and some kind of food village. The ticket I have says access from the 2nd.

My first time in Beausejour as well after 30 odd years in Maison Blanche (and last year in blue nord) Are the pitches marked in Beausejour or is it a free for all like the old days in MB?

Last year the pitches were marked although you could choose which one you took

Okay. So I have 3 pitches booked for BSJ so would have to find 3 together. From experience how likely is that arriving on Thursday am?

From my experience on BSJ I would say that this won't be a problem when you arrive on Thursday am.

That was then, this is now.

Never in all my years of going have I seen BSJ sell out nor GE sold out.

I'd say arriving Thursday, you'll be all over the place wherever you can find a space.

It's sold out before. It will be fine. It will start to get really busy on Friday afternoon when the French weekend traffic arrives.

I don't think the OP stands a chance of getting into Porsche Curves, and I thought they had decided that you need a GE ticket to even camp on the site this year.

Wow. Never heard about needing a GE ticket for BSJ camp this year!? That’s worrying… where did you hear that?

This page. https://www.24h-lemans.com/en/tickets/accomodation...

Pedestrian general admission is not included, you must hold one to access the campsite.

I’d never heard of Global Tickets, so had a look at their website, I see they were offering different lengths of stay on Beausejour , if they were charging more for a longer stay they are diddling people, the campsite is open from Friday 2nd for anyone with a ticket, the price is the same whatever day you arrive

They also seem to include GA tickets in their packages for various lengths of stay.

Best to double check with them. A while back ACO were selling GA tickets to those with camping tickets - assume by phone or email.
