Le Mans Hotel is available Wed - Sat

I'll make this quick. I cannot go to Le Mans this year alas and I had a nice city centre hotel booked from the Wednesday 7th June to Saturday 10th (I aimed to stay on site on race day).
After I cancelled it on Booking,com last night, I can see it is still available for only 204 pounds this morning - worth my mentioning if someone wanted to snap it up and get rest before the race. The other available hotels are in the thousands:
