Anyone able to confirm whether the above is still the case on Astra 19.2E?

Testing the trusty satellite decoder is still working, so would be useful to know.

This looks to say it's still free to air, I bloody hope so as that's what I plan on using too.

yes eurosport is still free and broadcasts the race. there is still RTL NITRO, which broadcasts the full length of the 24h race at the Nürburgring and also several hours of Le Mans. the channel is also free.

Good to see that Eurosport 1 in German is still free and that Nitro is on the same satellite, free (are you sure?) and last year appears to have covered all 24 hours

Yes NITRO is also free. Just for the HD you have to Pay.
I am from germany and we have every year our TV with us.
