Arnage parking

Back in the day before they increased the size of the tribune at Indianapolis / Arnage you used to park in a field just down the road - is this parking still available for those of us without Arnage parking tickets?

It was last year and they have improved the route from the “parking field” to the entrance gate at Arnage.
Now a dedicated walking route from the far end of the car park. Somewhat nicer and decidedly safer than the previous walk back along the unlit main road.

Is it still one way so that when leaving the car park you have to go down to Monce en Belin and make your way back from there?

Indeed, and the signage as erratic as ever; always seem to end up taking a different route each year.

They have had a second 'overflow' car park for many years. In fact, I seem to remember one year when they had two overflow car parks. It was certainly one way last year. And the drive there from the main circuit early on Sunday during the race was a real pain.

We've managed to secure accommodation that's just off the one way bit. While walkable, the downside is that to drive we'll have to follow the diversions back to Arnage!
