Wanted to speak to someone myself last week to clarify on a booking I’ve made for lemans 24 back in September, as you say phones just ringing out so I went on there webpage clicked on menu then contact us and click on the red bubble gets you to chat to an automated robot, basically kept saying I wanted to book something which then got me online chatting to a human to which I said please phone me to discuss my matter in hand within a minute I was called back and sorted all my queries out hope this might help

Yes, all part of the same company, having booked with them for 20 years my view is that they have gone significantly downhill since they were bought by the Motorsport group, which seems to be a recurring theme with that group I’ve been emailing 2U since last year but haven’t had any responses.

they were taking bookings for Porsche Curves straight after the last 24 hours, the only reason I found out this was the case was from a post on this site, by the time I called TD (in July) they were already fully booked and I was put on a waiting list, luckily for me someone didn't pay their deposit and I got in. It's certainly not the TD of old.
It's massively frustrating. I was told they replaced their phone and other systems all on the same day but would be back to normal tomorrow - that was 3 weeks ago.
Try the website chatbot, ask it some rubbish questions and you'll get redirected to a human - I got a call back within 5 mins.

That was my post, saying that I had just purchased the last 2 camping slots at Porsche Curves.I’m getting concerned about Travel Destinations too. I paid my deposit and confirmed my booking in September. In October got told they needed to change my crossing to a ferry. Then changed my return ferry crossing. They have then taken money for my grandstand seats with no written acknowledgment.
Today I find out my campsite is full and they have moved me to another.
I have got through to them in the past and they are blaming their computer system for not being able to send confirmations out.
I hope I am wrong but it doesn’t seem right.

It’s a shame, pre takeover they were great, trouble is it’s difficult switching agents if you want one of the more popular campsites and they look after their long standing customers first, which is a concept which seems to have been forgotten at TD
They told me their sites were full in September. I’m a first time customer. I had provisional booking through Tickets-2-u. I spoke with them last week and my understanding is that no Tickets-2-u provisional bookings will be honoured as all tickets will be allocated to Travel Destinations (package) bookings. That said, they don't believe they will have enough tickets to honour all TD bookings. I think a shortfall of 200 was mentioned.
Hopefully my understanding is wrong but I'm sure this was how it was left. A sorry state of affairs after 15 years loyal custom.

This is very similar to my experience, I also left my 2020 money in their business rather than taking a refund, from the autumn of 2019 until using the tickets this June, taking the view that it needed to be done, if possible, to help keep them in business. I won't be using them again.Hopefully my understanding is wrong but I'm sure this was how it was left. A sorry state of affairs after 15 years loyal custom.
