Just gone onto the Le Mans website today December 5th the day it opens and it's saying ALL the camping is sold out. I knew it would be popular which is why wanted to get in early but surely it cant be sold out after being open just a few hours.

It was very busy this morning with a waiting area implemented before you could actually see the ticket page. I waited over half n hour before admission.

Managed to sort out a camping ticket for BSJ but have also noticed all sites are now sold out. Maybe the ACO are releasing tickets in blocks? In which case more maybe released in the future.

Maybe they are not though.

BUYING: I am trying to purchase two camping tickets
Does anyone want to sell as I understand the website is confusing this year and lots of people have bought a camping ticket each instead of one per pitch!!

They did this 2 years ago, they released in blocks. I just had to keep checking and eventually got one. Fingers crossed it's the same this year.

Seems completely sold out according to the 24hoursoflemans Twitter and saying “we are currently working on alternative solutions to find other means of welcoming spectators”…

Managed to snag 2x pitches at BSJ this morning, as said there was a 30-40 minute queue implemented to get into the ticketing site.

Next year I'll be buying ACO membership.

Even that didn't allow stop lots of campsites selling out - or grandstands.

At opening this morning there was only 2 campsites availiable and no Grandstands. So even ACO membership doesn't guarantee you anything!

I'm in the same boat too, have admission tickets but failed to get any camping this morning as all sold out... Sounds like a lot of people are the same.

Sounds like a right mess, I wonder if there's other corporate tour operators been given early-access? Otherwise it doesn't make sense that all the sites have sold out so soon.

I wonder if part of the problem is tht the ACO reduced membership prices and now have more members who have taken it all?

No, the problem is they've closed a few campsites to do some 'centenary' stuff, so they've got less camping available... cue a mad panic and scramble for what is/was available...

Someone should get the sack for the SoS show they've created. But will no doubt be applauded for their vision.

So it really is all sold out and they won't be releasing any more? Has anyone contacted ACO to confirm before I do?

The ACO have said that they are working on bringing more campsites forward. Hopefully as we get towards June they will be released.

Does seem daft to have removed several large sites without adequate replacements.

Well, that's where I live.....bloody long walk to/from the circuit!!

Son and I have been going since '96 but not this year, I have dodgy knees. Reading what is in this thread I am glad we are giving it a miss. Shop bought 1664s, TV and Eurosport for us, assuming the ACO doesn't manage to balls that up too.

It would seem PH was a reasonable place to see if others had the same camping failure as I have.
If someone needing to offload their camping tickets reads this do say.
But back to reality, grumpy face, more tickets released hopefully. Got bloody race tickets.

Hello. Came across this thread and felt compelled to sign up and post. I've accidentally managed to acquire 5 more passes for Beausejour than I need. I was away working and my wife sorted out the camping for me but didn't realise it was per pitch rather than per person.

If anyone does need a pitch then do let me know and I will sort you out at face value. I appreciate this might sound a bit suspect coming from a new PH account but I'm happy to show you ID before we transact. I'm just keen that these passes go to people that need them as I know they are like hens teeth.

Hi Poggle, can you email me as your account won’t allow me contact you.

Thanks.
