tickets le mans classic

I'm desperate and I hpoe somebody has an answer for me. I bought several tickets for le mans classic 2020. due to covid, delays came and so I hoped to enjoy those tickets for this year but they disappeard from the website. I've been trying to contact them since jan, but never got an answer. Is there somebody who has the same problem or knows somebody who can help me?

Have you got the copies, details? Contact them as all our bookings and tickets have been held over

There was a message from ACO last December saying that tickets must be downloaded since they are changing their interface (or something else) and tickets will disappear.
Maybe getting in touch with ACO is the only solution.

Thanks for the replies. I can't believe it, but this morning they called me to have pacience untill monday. So you see, Pistonheads works
