It is that time again. Everyone making the journey, have a great race weekend and safe trip.

Will be watching on TV again. Made the decision to do the Classic this year and make a return to the main event in 2023 when things are spiced up again with the new teams and regs taking full effect. The enforced Covid break has made it less painful not being there again, but I do really miss the event. Having said that though, I am so looking forward to the Classic.

As we head into race week and the test day today, perhaps one place for those watching at home and those in attendance (post some pics) to share their thoughts as the week progresses…..

Not going this week and have found myself home alone (Mrs away with work) and on Holiday (between contracts) with not much to do so i'm looking forward to getting into the race and all the sessions this week,

What is everyone using to watch? eurosport and RLM?

Couldn’t find any link to eurosport on amazon when i was looking to subscribe for a week

Just signed up to the app again. Eurosport good, but lots of adverts.

Can’t find test day coverage anywhere other than timings. Eurosport and App will kick in for qualifying onwards.

Yes starting with the Wednesday qualifying (see their schedule) but there may be differences between TV and streaming, and different countries. It looks like Qualifying is only streamed, and TV for the UK starts with the following free practice at 9pm on Eurosport2

On the player they have in the past had an advert free feed which with a bit of a faff you can sync with RLM.

Ignore the above!

Eurosport player is no more, but Eurosport is now available on Discovery+.

You have to register with Discovery+ and subscribe then pay £6.99.

If you have an Amazon prime account you can subscribe via that.

I have an LG tv and the Discovery+ app works well but if you have another brand please check that Discovery+ will work on your tv.

If you subscribe with the Discovery+ website you have to pay again to watch it on prime.

Hope that makes sense and helps someone/anyone.

Its Gibson engined only class(spec engines), but there's 1 Ligier JSP217 in the class. Oreca was the class of the field so everyone that went the other options have changed now.
I think the regs change again for LMP2 in 2023 or 24 (stand to be corrected) so there will be a raft of different options again soon.

LMP2 and GTE.. what a year this is going to be! Almost feel as if they should have binned the top class this year due to the low entries.

Not able to go this year, but all set up with amamzon subscription. I quite like the commentary, but each year there seems to be more adverts.

Anyway, looking forward to hyperbole this evening. Hope they manage to get Fassbenders’ porsche sorted as it looks fab. on subject of liveries - the Pro Porsches look great, but so many gorgeous liveries in AM this year.

Avoid the ads and all the other eurosport crap. Subscribe to the WEC app - same camera output, no ads. Cast or HDMI to your TV. I have annual subs to eurosport using amazon stick, but WEC is far better IMHO for LM.
